I went to the eye doctor last week and masks were still being worn there.
Back when there was a mandate and most other people were wearing masks I often just wore a medical mask. Since masks are now optional most places, I switched to KN95. They aren't all the same - one brand I tried fit me so poorly that I could easily feel air coming through a gap under my chin. Another didn't gap but pressed my nose annoyingly (not the bridge of my nose, but lower down). I did find a brand that fits me well and is reasonably comfortable. If the first kind you try doesn't seem right it's definitely worth trying a different brand.
