Note that it shouldn't effectively break BT in nickel on exit, but I'm not really familiar with how BT is handled at all, I just know that it's a bit of a mess, partly because of weird kernel/hardware limitations.

I don't have any plans for looking into any of it (end even less so for actually supporting BT), but patches would be heartily welcome
