When you're done with Audible Plus, wait a bit, then sign up for a free trial of Premium Plus. You'll get 1 free credit (2 free credits if you have Amazon Prime) to get any book(s) you want. Then cancel before the trial period ends and wait for a good offer to come along.
Audible Plus is a rental only plan - you do not own any of these books - access ceases when membership ceases.
Premium Plus is purchase plan - you own all books you purchase with credits and always have access to them, even if you quit your membership.
