Don't want to make a new question, but here's a new thread:

How long does it take Kobo to send me the coupon code after a renewal? My membership renewed yesterday and I got the email receipt, but not the email with the code. Should I wait a bit more or go ahead and contact customer support?

When I initially signed up they sent the code right away.
