Huh. Not a member and when I open the home page, there’s no way to locate the Daily Deal; Audible just shills a couple of plans to me and then recommends books I’d like.
I can only see the DD by clicking on one of your links. Could they be assuming that non-members have no way of accessing the DD? OTOH, everyone used to be able to buy the DD and perhaps they’ve reverted?
I’d be surprised if it were an instant buy, but like you, I’m not gonna try it out.
