Hi, my mother in law ran into a problem during an update on her Kobo Clara HD and it has been in a 'restoring' loop ever since.
Tried all the suggestions on resetting or restoring the device, but it never left the restoring loop.
Can I get an image for the Kobo Clara HD so she doesn't have to buy a new one?
