Hi there pals!

I've been facing a problem lately. Whenever I try to convert any format into epub usually, I get a fail convert message.

I use a Windows 7 Home Premium computer.

I think the problem has to do with a glitch when a clean installation finishes.

I am attaching a screenshot of the glitch and a logfile where the program is giving me some information why the conversion failed, but I am not very versed in this technical stuff.

This fail to convert happened with various installations I've tried, olden and more recent up to the #4 group. #5 and above are for Windows 8 and upward it says.
