It's almost April , almost 4 months since i first contacted Kobo about the problem.
The delivery guy never came ... Kobo said they will ask for an reschedule.
No news , sent a other mail , got an answer ' Yes we will reschedule they say '
No news ... Recontacted them again , they said that there was a request for reschedule but the mail was never sent back to me.
At this point It feels like they are trying to stretch this until June , when the guarantee expires. So they don't need to change the device
