Solution: Downgrading to 4.30 solved all issues with USB connections and the device connects to the computer consistently.......

I am running exactly the same problem with 4.31 on two separate Libra 2 devices. Only the native USB cable works once in a while (the device freezes and needs to be rebooted 2 times out of 3 attempts to connect) All other (non-native) USB cables do not work at all. The OS = Windows 10. The problems have started after the update to v4.31. Darn, I just finished the patching but it seems that I now have to roll back to 4.30 and do it again ...
