Yes...that would be awesome.
I currently use "Count All" to see if I'm in the ballpark, then replace individual ones a couple times to make sure it's doing it properly, then replace/find until I get tired of it, then replace all - after saving, of course.
Seeing everything in a table that I could quick scan, especially with an "accept changes" button would be the bee's knees!
