- mac: check "about this mac" > 'system report' > hardware > USB
- calibre: prefs > miscellaneous > debug device detection
Look for Obreey or vendor ID 0xfffe
My impression though is these devices sorta 'fake' being an usb disk. So a reset might make sense.
