Yes, it seems to still be known as the Silver plan according to a hidden tag on the pricing page. The $8.50/month is just a bit higher than the regular $7.95 for Audible Plus - and you get a credit every other month. Not a bargain by any means... I am loving my $1.95/month Plus plan. I'm sure it was a mistake and hope they don't have second thoughts and rescind the offer. Prime members who are not Audible members appear to be offered a free month trial, that's the"special" part, issybird... wow (not). Here's the full rundown of Audible's various plans per the website as of today, they become more confusing as time goes on:

Absent a deal, it’s the cheapest way to keep a membership active, if that’s important to you, but it still seems a hefty premium on the price of a credit. I can’t imagine paying $17 for a credit myself, but I grant there’s an argument for those who take advantage of sales and promotions that the cost is amortized somewhat.
Me, I’m glad I have a large still-unheard library and access to Hoopla.
ETA: It’s possible this is a targeted offer. I wasn’t able to navigate to a page showing it, and clicking on the link takes me to a confirmation page.
