Bluetooth ghost

Due to my Libra H2O problems, I purchased a new Libra 2 as replacement. As it had a new Bluetooth feature, I played some time with it using audio books/music, and noticed at once the strange WIFI / Bluetooth entanglement (already described by others): activate the Bluetooth and you activate WIFI.

However, I saw a new phenomenon: Bluetooth can (ghostly) activate itself. Just open the Bluetooth settings page, wait some time and presto: it is switches on.
This all under FW 4.30.18838 (which I make sure it remains so for the moment).
