I am getting the strangest errors today - never happened before.

First I thought it was one thing - I get a constraint error trying to use "D. K. Publishing" as the Author Name. That was odd enough. And annoying.

Then I got a similar error - for a tag - for the tag "sex." That was not permitted.

Now I get the author name error - for "Mike Smith."

What in the world is going on? This is on 5.39
