It was fine on windows 7. libra 2 on latest f/w. win 10 is up to date

anyone else seeing this problem?
This is the same problem I had which is mentioned in this thread: https://www.mobileread.com/forums/sh...d.php?t=345746

At around post number 32 I started to describe difficulties loading books onto the device; I couldn't see them after ejecting and disconnecting the Libra from the computer. PeterT made a comment which made me wonder if I was ejecting the Libra properly.

I've always ejected devices by going to the hardware icon on the taskbar. This wasn't properly working for the Kobo. So I went to the Start menu (I'm using Windows 7) to My Computer > Kobo and right clicked this to select Eject. This worked.

Maybe you're having a similar issue. I had to push the power button twice as well, till I saw a light flashing on the front of the Libra 2 and little dots on the screen. This isn't what we should see.

Took me ages to sort it out.
