automatic file split on import

Is it possible to get Sigil to automatically split an HTML file at all CSS page breaks on import? Or if it can't currently do that, could it be added as a preference?

Calibre will do this, and I find it very convenient for importing HTML generated from a word processor -- but then calibre goes on to rewrite all the CSS, which makes the book too hard to edit.
