Another new issue is when you press and hold a link in Safari. Before 15.4 I wouuld often see a small representation of the web page the link is for, but now it just shows me the url link in text format. ETA: I just noticed that this feature does still work, but Apple in its quest to add senseless steps to simple processes added a “Tap to show preview” link rather than just leaving it as an auto preview.
It’s working for me, FWIW.
