Amazon only knows, but some of the titles Amazon adds probably have regional restrictions and so there are going to be differences. All you can see at amazon.com is that the total is ‘over 60,000’, and it looks like that is what amazon.ca says as well.
However, short of some intervention with Customer Support, I think your KU subscription and purchases are tied to a specific storefront. But probably there are other people here who know what is involved with switching regions.
