I set the books up before I start my prayers, so all I have to do is open a book, read that part, close the book and open the next book. Works more smoothly than trying to set up multiple bookmarks. I did the same with my Bible, breaking it into Old and New Testament so I can mark the verses in each before I start my prayers. With the new Collection showing only four books I now also have to stop what I am doing and scroll among the parts instead of simply closing one and opening another.
Is there any way to make my PaperWhite 3 revert to the old Library and Collections screens?

How many prayer books do you need to fit on a page? The grid view inside a collection can display 6 books. If I'm not mistaken, the old List view can fit 5 or 6. You only have add a single scroll down to your actions with the new list view. If you want more books on a page, there's grid view.
I don't think there's currently a way to downgrade to previous firmware, unless someone already has a jailbreak for the new one.
