WordDumb uses ids of sense table from Kindle's klld file, Kindle finds definition from the same file based on that id.

Kindle doesn't download word wise and x-ray file for pirated books anymore. You can find many shadow library websites on Wikipedia: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shadow_library
