The value for the rating metadata entry varies wildly depending on site. Some are G/PG/PG-13, etc, or Gen/Teen/etc. I wouldn't be surprised if
I suspect it may be possible to do what you want, but it would require some lateral thinking.
Something like translating each available rating value on each site to a number, letting the system sort them automatically, then applying a rating_LIST replacement to only keep the last one and translate it back to a text value like Teen/etc.
