That just might work, although, I would probably label the chapters "Christmas interlude chapter 1", 2, and so on, as it is something like 15 chapters, and saying "interlude 1" to "interlude15" sounds wierd when it's used to denote "extra scenes" which technically all the chapters are part of the same scene, or general location and time...(eg Christmas)
