Adobe do not seem to be pushing the RMSDK as much. But, they do have pages for RMSDK 9, 10 and 11. Linux is mentioned on the pages for 9 and 10. It is not mentioned at all on the page for 11. That is what makes me question what is happening with Pocketbook. It would be interesting to see tests of the new features in RMSDK 11 on one of those devices.

As to whether Kobo can get RMSDK 11, it depends on a lot of things. One is the contracts/relationship between Adobe and Kobo. Another is dependencies in the libraries might make it difficult. And of course, whether it is actually worth it for whatever features have been added and whatever new bugs have been added.
