I don't believe it will ever be possible. What happened, happened. It's not recorded somewhere so that we can rewind it.
And even if we could travel to the past, how could we come back to the present? If you imagine a timeline, you live in X time (a particular moment measured in 1000000th of a nanosecond and even less). If you want to come back to the present, you would have to know that time exactly and even adjust to the time elapsed in the present while you were in the past.
If we consider that we can divide time infinitely, there's no chance to calculate the exact time you would have to travel to to get back to the present. :|
