Are they ownerless or just owned by people who don't give a crap? I mean, "incessantly bark" sounds rather irksome. I've found the selective deafness of dog owners pretty shocking over the years. Or my fave, "my dog doesn't bark," (which means that riiiight, the dog doesn't bark while the owner is at home, but then barks a few
thousand times an hour, hour-in and hour-out, all day whilst same owner is at work).
