And as stated before, those people are unlikely to be noticing the problem because they don't use the devices like we do. They probably aren't connecting to a computer at all. And the ones who it does affect, know how to avoid or fix the problem.

But, you should be measuring from when Kobo was first told about the problem. It wasn't reported here for several days, possibly a week, after the release. And it was a few more days before people realised there was something more going on than before. I don't know when it was first reported to Kobo. I discussed it with them on the 5th of February when I realised it was an actual problem (happening more often than previous firmware versions). Which makes it a little more than a month for them to find and fix a hard to pin down problem like this.
And of course, there is the second issue with WiFi on the Libra 2. They are probably trying to see if they can get both fixed for any update.
