Also, Can your Bahara editor export as html. If so you may have better luck trying that then trying copy and paste.

Furthermore, a search of the web found this:

The Vedic extension characters defined in IS 13194:1991 Annex G—Extended Character Set for Vedic are now fully covered by the Unicode Standard.

So you should be able to save your file as a utf-8 encoded html file and import it into Sigil and not lose anything.
