But, reimaging the device is unlikely to help. The image is mainly useful for situations where the device will not boot at all. It can also be used where the SD card is failing and causing issues. That is fairly common for the Glo, but, it is unlikely to be causing a problem with connecting to the PC. That is more likely either a hardware issue (the port on either the PC or device or the cable) or something on the PC blocking it.
