Hello,

Thanks for the update. One minor issue I forgot about since I do such only so often. iOS Books likes ids for all toc entities or selecting them will instead display the cover. So I add ids to body tags and use that for toc. When splitting such files, the toc entry changes to the last split. Maybe that can be fixed sometime to retain the original toc entry.
