So my Forma's battery decided to give up the ghost. I posted about it in another thread. I thought about getting another one but it seems to me that since they are all several years old at this point, buying another one was a risk because they have been sitting around aging -- it's not like they are still actively manufacturing them.

I decided to roll the dice on a Sage and see how the battery is with *my* reading habits and if it's enough to satisfy me. I wanted to keep with the 8" screen (so hard to think about going smaller after having the 8" for over a year now). I don't care about note-taking or audio books or highlighting or annotating or anything but reading.

Worst case scenario, the Sage sucks and I'm on the hunt again and maybe something better will come along.
