2014: Kobo Aura (HD?). Got tired of the lack of buttons.
2016: Nook Simple Touch, used. Developed battery problems.
2017: Ditto. And ditto.
2018: Kobo Forma. My favorite yet, which I bought as soon as it was available. I might upgrade to a Sage mainly because of the USB-C port (my Forma has random problems communicating with the computer).
