Hi, was wondering if anyone could help.
I was given a Kobo Forma (model no N782) from a relative. Read all about it, looks wonderful.
However there are two problems with it.
1/ The power button is not working, doesn't matter how hard/soft I press, it doesn't start up (have connected to desktop and taken it out of sleep mode so it'll just run down the battery).
2/ from halfway down the screen, there are faint black lines running across, all the way to the bottom of the screen.
Any advice would be much appreciated. I'm not the most technically minded!
Can I contact Kobo? Is it worth trying to fix? I don't really want to just throw it away!
