I’m using Calibre and doing everything correctly, I’m pretty sure it’s a software thing from the newest update now since I have literally done everything. I’ve tried new softwares and just dumped books in the usb way but it still persists.
I did report the problem to kobo directly so hopefully it will get fixed and I know this “issue” probably seems silly but it just irks me that I have to sleep my device before it will update. Thank you everyone for trying to help ❤️
