2011: Sony PRS-350, which I loved
2013: Kobo Glo, only upgraded for the built in front light
2015: Kobo Glo HD, the better screen was worth the upgrade for me

So far nothing that has come out since then has even tempted me away from the Glo HD, it's my perfect reader.
