On a different subject, since this is "Romance and Discussion", I just finished reading, and quite enjoyed, Rachel Aaron's Heartstrikers series, which takes the premise of "what if there happened to be a NICE dragon", and runs with it in a really fun way. The books got a bit woo-woo toward the end for me with an expanded universe of what seemed to me to be a few too many kinds of magic and magical beings, but not nearly enough woo-woo to spoil my enjoyment of the overall nice-dragon storyline. The first book is Nice Dragons Finish Last, and the whole 5-book series is KU.
There's a spin-off series (three books so far, not sure if it's still being written) that I'm going to try the next time I get some serious reading time available again.
