Went to sync a new library eBook to my Kindle PW3 and it no longer connects to our WiFi. I went through all of Amazon's steps
here with no success. All our other devices connect fine.
Firmware is 5.13.7. The only recent change was I did pay the $20 to turn off ads so I could get book covers to show in sleep mode.
Charged my daughter's long-neglected PW3 (with ads), and hers is also not connecting to WiFi. It's still on 5.12.4, so it doesn't appear to be a firmware issue.
There has been no known change to our Verizon FiOS router, and rebooting it changed nothing.
Any ideas I'm missing?
