It would be interesting to see some statistics showing just how much the wacom layer drains battery while on standby.
In general, I would love an extensive comparison of Nova 3 and the Kon-tiki 2 - screens, battery life, etc. - to see exactly what difference the wacom layer has on the device.
From the extremely few reports I have seen comparing the two, the wacom layer doesn't seem to have an effect on screen clarity (being underneath the e-ink, and all), but maybe it has an effect on battery life? It could be that it's very marginal, but still.
