I have sent a PM in response to the other posts. A failing SD card is a likely cause of the problem. And a seen plenty of reports of Glo's being fixed by replacing the card. Including mine.
As to doing a factory reset, you do not need to wait for that. The steps for a Glo are:
- Charge the device for at least an hour.
- Hold the power switch in the off position for about 20 seconds to force the device to turn of.
- Hold the light button down and turn the device on.
- Release the light button when the screen changes.
That should do it. If it doesn't the first time, try again and make sure each step is done. I know I've not held the light button down properly and it didn't work.
