I have sent a PM in response to the other posts. A failing SD card is a likely cause of the problem. And a seen plenty of reports of Glo's being fixed by replacing the card. Including mine.

As to doing a factory reset, you do not need to wait for that. The steps for a Glo are:
  1. Charge the device for at least an hour.
  2. Hold the power switch in the off position for about 20 seconds to force the device to turn of.
  3. Hold the light button down and turn the device on.
  4. Release the light button when the screen changes.

That should do it. If it doesn't the first time, try again and make sure each step is done. I know I've not held the light button down properly and it didn't work.
