I would have said that the timeout was always 60 seconds. But, it might have been shorter in the very first firmware version that sickel was added. Which was something like 3.16.x or 3.17.x. But, I think they also changed details in how it worked, such as processes to ignore, that if sickel triggers a reboot now it was probably needed.
