Nope, I have had my Oasis since 2019, I was trying out the Libra 2 to see if I wanted to switch/have both. I do find my Oasis screen to be nicer though, but there was not much in it in my experience. The Libra 2 was significantly nicer than the Libra H2O screen though - a definite upgrade. Maybe I got a really really good Oasis?

Frequently four to six hours a day, minimum of one to two hours a day. Depending on the time of day/night, I either have the light completely off, or set to around 17 light with 17 orange to give a lovely sepia color. Which definitely chews the battery, but I’ve learned to stop caring about that.

Nope, you’re not the only one - in fact, I also love reading like this. But when I am in the mood to see on screen info, I prefer it to be in the format page x of xx, with this in the middle of the screen. With the kindle I just flash up the time remaining every so often, I’m ok with that, but I don't love it.
