As far as I know, Alan Dean Foster reached some sort of settlement. But the issue is still ongoing. There are many, many authors facing the same issues that don't have the profile of Foster.
The A.C. Crispan estate is not receiving royalties on at least some editions of her Han Solo trilogy. What I read mentioned the premium leatherbound edition available at Barnes and Noble. An edition that leaves her name off of the cover altogether.
