it's been a while,
I've installed root explorer, and have access to /data/data/, but sadly there is no folder called com.onyx.android.note or similar. there are onyx folders, but I dont see a database.
{{I've made notes / hightlights on epub and pdf's, and am able to export them individually to txt files. However there is no import function, so this mechanism is a dead end. hence the search for the database.}}
