This is my first post and I apologize in advance if I'm asking something that's obvious - but I can't find an answer!
I've downloaded Sigil 1.8.0 to my new iMac M1 running Monterey 12.1 and decompressed the .txz. Clicking on the .app I get the following message:

Any thoughts on what next?
