Bookmarks?
Excellent job on the plugin, and thank you.
One question, though. The plugin makes a table of contents that can be used to navigate the chapters of multi-chapter story. But when I hit GO TO (Kindle Paperwhite), there are no bookmarks to choose from. Is it possible to generate also bookmarks when the TOC is generated?
