As I stated in my previous post, I recommend using the "alternate" method described under Method 2 to disable KFX downloads. That will work with even the most recent version of Kindle for PC available from Amazon.

It worked!!! As you suggested on the method 2:
1. uninstall old kindle version.
2. downloaded latest kindle for pc:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/kindle-dbs/...00_pbcb_rnsa00

3. before downloading via kindle the book ---> launch kindle > update registry from true to false
4. double click book to download it in old single azw format.
5. then dragged single azw book file into Calibre
6. In Calibre converted into PDF sucessfuly which made book have 2 versions AZW3 and PDF.
