Searching: "False" as a string?

How do I search for "false" as a string within a column?

I ran into it while searching for a book that had 'false' in its title -- I put in 'title:false' so I wouldn't have to type the entire thing. As expected, it didn't find the book.

Putting 'title:"false"' also didn't work -- I'm not sure if it's because it was still treating it as a not-string or whether it was looking for the full title.

So for future reference, how should I search this?
