Thank you for participating, my friend. Yesterday, the device was like a brick: it did not charge and did not turn on. I changed the wires and chargers and performed dances around Clara, kept charging for a long time and pressed the switch in different ways quickly, for a long time and for a very long time. Clara was like a log. I put everything in a box and called the Kobo hotline. They kindly agreed to exchange my device for a new one and were very apologetic. Thanks for that. Today, before going to the post office, I got Clara, connect it to the wall via the iPad adapter and 5 times with an interval of 2 seconds. I pressed power. Clara took pity on me and started to come to life and showed about 25% charge. I registered in Kobo without removing the wires from Clara and am waiting for a full charge. I think it took a very long time for the battery to recover after the flight across the ocean and storage in warehouses. The temperature just leveled off. Now I will look for a good Cyrillic dashboard on the forum so that it does not move to the right on the new firmware and how to install it correctly. Thanks. Have a nice day.
