In Canada. Got my 20$ credit from spending 75$ on a gift card. Didn't get it until Feb 10, but it's there. It came as a promotional egift card from "Kobo Inc." and says it's good until April 2022. Not sure if the promotional aspect means it'll expire in my account credit or if that's how long you have to claim it.
