Question ebook cover kindle paperwhite x calibre

Good night people.
I have a problem that I haven't been able to solve yet, when I take an ebook of any format (epub / mobi) and import it to caliber, even after adjusting the metadata (either manually or automatically) sometimes the covers only appear in caliber, when I send to my Kindle PaperWhite (either via e-mail from kindle or to the device's main memory). I've tried in several ways but these ebooks, despite having a cover when I enter Caliber, these same covers do not appear when I export to Kindle. Does anyone know what happens? When I adjust the metadata in caliber everything works normally.
