That's true but, IMV, not the most convenient option as it involves remembering three different shortcuts. A better way might be to have
one shortcut to open the menu with the "Change case" options in it; then use the keyboard shortcuts suggested by the "menu mnemonics". That way you only have one shortcut to remember for all cases. Alternatively, if the "Change case" could be incorporated into one of the main menu options then you could use all mnemonic shortcuts.
And, AFAICS, "Capitalization" should be changed to "Sentence case". There's a definition at
